Structural Core Materials

During the summer of 2019 I worked as a summer intern at the Test Lab at Diab's Laholm factory. My primary responsibilities included performing compressive, shear and tensile material tests along with gluing test samples for the following day.

Throughout my time there I managed to reduce the backlog of R&D test samples by optimising the order in which they were tested. Additional tasks incldued assisting in developing a detailed database of machine-specific performance metrics for manufacturing process quality control.
